1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They are used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to understand how the site is used. This policy explains how FlowNest uses cookies and similar technologies on the FlowNest Reservations platform.
2. Legal basis
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR, we rely on:
- Strict necessity for cookies essential to deliver the service you requested (e.g. signed-in sessions). These do not require consent.
- Your consent for any non-essential cookies. We do not currently set non-essential cookies on the customer booking flow.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If we add any in future, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will be shown before any non-essential cookies are set.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent signed-in staff sessions from working. See your browser's help documentation for instructions.
5. Other tracking technologies
We do not use pixel tags, fingerprinting, or device-graph tracking. Some service providers (Cloudflare for security, Vercel for hosting) may collect connection metadata such as IP addresses and request timestamps as part of normal operation; this is described in our Privacy Notice.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
